Three things lower the price: paying yearly, which LiveChat says saves about 24% on Essential and about 20% on Growth; our partner link, set up for 10% off the first payment and a 30-day free trial; and extra discounts that nonprofits and educational institutions can ask for.

Prices are per user per month, in US dollars. Essential is $19 billed annually or $25 billed monthly, with 1 AI Agent and 10 AI resolutions a month. Growth is $79 billed annually or $99 billed monthly, with 10 AI Agents and 200 AI resolutions. Both start with a 14-day free trial.

What the partner link changes
Our LiveChat partner campaign is set up for 10% off the first payment and a 30-day free trial instead of 14 days. On yearly billing, the first payment covers the whole year, so the 10% applies to all 12 months: Essential for one user drops from $228 to $205.20. On monthly billing it applies to the first month only: $25 becomes $22.50.
The discount comes from the campaign settings in LiveChat's partner program, not from a code you type.

Black Friday
We found no LiveChat Black Friday offer on its own pages in 2023, 2024 or 2025, and its pricing page showed no Black Friday text on October 22, 2026. Yearly billing is the larger, permanent saving: $72 a year per Essential user and $240 a year per Growth user, against monthly billing.
