Important terms: Vercel restricts Hobby to non-commercial, personal use — running a business site on it breaches the fair-use guidelines. The allowances are hard caps, not overage: you cannot buy extra usage on Hobby, and exceeding a limit means waiting until 30 days have passed before using that feature again (7 days for Web Analytics). One developer seat, no team collaboration, no email support, no log drains.
