What each Systeme.io plan includes: contacts, funnels, automation rules, custom domains, courses and websites, with monthly and annual prices. Free is $0 for 2,000 contacts; Startup is $17 a month or $170 a year. Checked on systeme.io/pricing in October 2026.
The short answer
Systeme.io has four self-serve plans: Free at $0, Startup at $17 a month, Webinar at $47 a month and Unlimited at $97 a month. Billed annually, the paid plans cost $170, $470 and $970, which is ten times the monthly price, so a year costs the same as 10 months. The main limit that moves you up a plan is the number of contacts: 2,000 on Free, 5,000 on Startup, 10,000 on Webinar and no limit on Unlimited. Every plan includes unlimited email sends and 0% Systeme.io transaction fees.
What changes from one plan to the next
Contacts set the floor, but funnels, automation rules and custom domains grow at the same steps. Free gives 3 sales funnels, 1 automation rule and 1 custom domain. Startup gives 10 funnels, 10 automation rules and 3 custom domains. Webinar gives 50 funnels, 100 automation rules and 10 custom domains, and is the first plan with evergreen webinars (10). Unlimited removes the cap on all four. Courses, blogs, websites and communities follow the same 1, 5, 20 and unlimited steps. The full list is in the table below.

The page does not print a unit next to the annual figures; "a year" is our reading. The FAQ on the same page gives different funnel figures for Startup and Webinar (see the section on contradictions).
Monthly or annual billing
Annual billing is shown on the pricing page with the label "2 months free". Startup costs $204 a year billed monthly (12 x $17) and $170 billed annually, a difference of $34. Webinar costs $564 billed monthly and $470 billed annually, a difference of $94. Unlimited costs $1,164 billed monthly and $970 billed annually, a difference of $194. In each case the annual price is 16.7% lower than twelve monthly payments. These totals are our arithmetic on the prices Systeme.io displays.

Which plan fits which list size
Under 2,000 contacts, and with no more than 3 funnels and 1 course, the Free plan covers the use case at $0 and does not ask for a credit card. Between 2,000 and 5,000 contacts, or as soon as you need a fourth funnel or a second course, Startup is the next step. Between 5,000 and 10,000 contacts, or if you want automated (evergreen) webinars, the next step is Webinar. Above 10,000 contacts, Unlimited is the only self-serve plan. Teams that need a dedicated success manager are directed to a custom "For teams" plan with no published price.
What every plan includes
The pricing page lists, for all plans: unlimited emails sent, unlimited email newsletters, unlimited file storage, unlimited bookings, unlimited blog posts, unlimited physical products, unlimited community members, unlimited assistant accounts, unlimited sub-accounts, 0% transaction fees, and your own affiliate program. Payment processor fees (Stripe or PayPal) are charged by those processors and are separate from the 0% Systeme.io fee.
Where the pricing page contradicts itself
Three figures differ between the plan cards and comparison table on one side and the FAQ on the same page on the other. Funnels: the cards and table give Startup 10 and Webinar 50; the FAQ says Startup has unlimited funnels and Webinar has unlimited everything. Students: the table gives the Free plan 500 students, while the "All plans include" section says unlimited students. Sub-accounts: the table gives unlimited sub-accounts on every plan, while the FAQ lists them as a feature of Unlimited. We use the plan cards and the table, which agree with each other, and we recommend confirming the funnel and student limits with Systeme.io before you buy if they decide your plan.
If you cancel or downgrade
Systeme.io states that you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your account goes back to the Free plan; if your list is above 2,000 contacts, the contacts above the limit are archived, not deleted, and come back when you reactivate a paid plan.
What we could not verify
The pricing page does not print a unit next to the annual figures. Systeme.io's pricing data, read on 11 October 2026, lists them as annual costs: $170, $470 and $970. Prices were read from our cloud browser, where the page shows the "$" symbol only; we did not check whether other regions see other currencies or prices.
Two terms matter before you pay, and neither is on the pricing page. Systeme.io's terms state: "Please note that our subscription plans are not refundable." And free accounts "are limited to USD 10,000 in lifetime sales revenue." There is no trial of the paid plans; the free plan is the way to test.

How much do you save with annual billing?
The annual price equals 10 monthly payments, which the page labels "2 months free". On Startup that is $170 instead of $204, a $34 difference over a year.
Does Systeme.io charge transaction fees?
The pricing page lists 0% transaction fees on all four plans. Stripe or PayPal still charge their own processing fees.
How many funnels does the Startup plan include?
The plan card and the comparison table say 10. The FAQ on the same page says unlimited. We use 10 and suggest confirming with Systeme.io if the difference matters for you.
What happens to my contacts if I cancel?
According to the pricing page FAQ, your account returns to the Free plan, and contacts above the 2,000 limit are archived, not deleted.
