Fireflies.ai promo code: Fireflies publishes none, but it does publish four discounts
Fireflies prints no promo code on its own pages. It does publish four discounts: up to 44% for paying yearly, 10% for new users on a referral link, 10% for students and non-profits by email, and volume pricing above 50 members. The terms, where they disagree, and refunds.
The short answer
Fireflies does not publish a promo code. We read its pricing page and its knowledge base articles on discounts, referrals and refunds on 23 September 2026, and none of them offers a code to type in.
What Fireflies does publish is four discounts. Paying yearly takes Pro from $18 to $10 per seat a month. A new user who signs up through an existing customer's referral link gets 10% off. Students, NGOs and non-profit organisations get 10% off by asking support. Teams buying for more than 50 members are invited to ask for a volume price, which is not published.
The first is open to everyone and is worth far more than the others. StackOnSale has not tested Fireflies; this page covers prices and terms as Fireflies states them.

The largest discount is the billing toggle, and it is already on
Fireflies' pricing page opens with its toggle on Annual, next to a badge reading Save up to 44%. Pro shows $10 per seat a month, billed annually. Switch to Monthly and the same card shows $18. Business is $19 annually or $29 monthly. Enterprise is $39 and marked annual only; there is no monthly price for it.
The 44% is the Pro figure: $10 against $18. Business saves about 34%, so the badge describes the best case rather than every plan.
In dollars per seat per year, Pro costs $120 annually against $216 month by month, a saving of $96. Business costs $228 against $348, a saving of $120. The page itself never prints a yearly total; the $228 is confirmed by Fireflies' own refund policy, which uses it as a worked example.
Several pages ranking for this search headline the same 44%. It is not a code and it is not limited: it is the annual price, open to anyone who leaves the toggle where Fireflies put it.

The referral link: 10% for new users, with two different deadlines
The closest thing Fireflies has to a code is its customer referral program. In the words of its knowledge base: "Anyone who signs up using your referral link gets 10% off on Fireflies plans, valid for the first 3 days after signup." The customer who shared the link receives $5 in referral credits once the new account is activated.
There are conditions. The invitation is meant for people who do not already have a Fireflies account. And the article states that "Users with business domains are eligible for the referral", adding that personal addresses such as Gmail or Outlook are not allowed.
The same article gives two different deadlines. One sentence says the 10% is valid for the first 3 days after signup. Further down, describing the invitation email, it says the offer applies "when subscribing within 24 hours of receiving the referral invitation". Three days in one place, 24 hours in the other, on the same page. If you are counting on this discount, subscribe within the shorter window.
The article does not say whether the 10% applies to the first payment only or to renewals as well, or whether it combines with the annual price.
10% for students, NGOs and non-profits, by email rather than by code
This discount is not on the pricing page, which is why it is easy to miss. It is in Fireflies' knowledge base: "Fireflies offers a 10% discount on Pro, Business, or Enterprise tiers for NGOs, students, and non-profit organizations. This discount applies to both monthly and yearly plans."
The route Fireflies describes in full is an email. You sign up with your school's or organisation's email domain, write to support@fireflies.ai from that address, ask for a discounted invoice and pay it. The article adds a condition: the custom email must be set up with a paid Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. It does not say whether a school's free education edition of either suite counts.
A second route is headed Request a refund after upgrading. Its written steps are to sign up with the domain, upgrade, pay, and confirm the plan under Settings, then Billing. They stop there, without saying how the refund itself is requested. The article is marked as last updated a year ago.
Volume pricing above 50 members, and a way to need fewer seats
Fireflies' pricing FAQ answers the question of volume discounts with: "Yes! We offer volume discounts. If you're buying a plan for more than 50 members, please contact us". No percentage or price is published.
The seat definition is worth reading before counting heads. Every teammate added to your workspace is a seat, charged per seat on paid plans. But the same answer says you can share individual meeting recap links with participants or other users without adding them to your team, free of charge. People who only need to read the notes do not need a seat.
Where the free plan stops, and the fine print that disagrees with itself
Free costs $0 and is described as free forever: limited AI summaries, 400 minutes of storage for the whole team, 20 AI credits, and a recording limit of 2 hours per meeting, the same as Pro.
Its headline line is Unlimited transcription, followed by an asterisk. We found no footnote for that asterisk on the page. The comparison table lower down marks Free transcripts as Limited, and the FAQ says the Pro and Business tiers "come with more transcription credits". Three statements about the same allowance, on one page.
The same FAQ answer adds that "The business tier gets API access, analytics, private channels, video recording, and other advanced team features." The plan cards list API access among Free's features and video recording among Pro's. If one of those is the reason you would pay, check which plan actually includes it before choosing.
Refunds: seven days, and the meeting count matters
Fireflies' refund policy is specific. On a monthly plan you get a full refund within 7 days if you have logged 3 meetings or fewer, and a pro-rated refund after that. On an annual plan you get a full refund within 7 days if you have logged 20 meetings or fewer, and then nothing: "Pro-rated refunds are not available on annual plans."
AI credits are treated separately. Refunds apply only to subscription plans, and "AI Credits purchases are non-refundable". Fireflies' AI credits article also says that when you run out, it "automatically upgrades you to the next higher AI Credits tier based on your Auto-Upgrade settings", and explains how to switch that off. It does not say whether the setting starts on.
One small inconsistency on the refund page: the rule says 20 meetings or fewer for an annual full refund, while the worked example beside it says fewer than 20. One meeting apart. If you are close to the line, ask before you log the twentieth.
Refunds are requested through the chat widget in the Fireflies app, and your card must be saved in the account for one to be processed.
What Fireflies does not say, and what we are not going to guess
Whether the referral 10% applies once or on every renewal, and whether it combines with the annual price.
Which of the two referral deadlines, three days or 24 hours, is the one Fireflies applies.
What the asterisk on the free plan's unlimited transcription refers to.
How large the volume discount is above 50 members.
Whether the AI credits auto-upgrade is switched on for a new account, and whether annual prices hold at renewal.
Those are questions for Fireflies, in writing, before you rely on the answer.
What the codes on other pages are, and what ours is
Most of the pages that rank for this search are not Fireflies. Their headlines advertise figures such as 30%, 40%, 44% or an extra 10%. Two of those appear on Fireflies' own pages: 44%, which is the annual price anyone gets, and 10%, which is the referral and education discount. We did not find the others on Fireflies' pricing page or in the knowledge base articles cited below. That does not prove they are false. It means the company that would have to honour them has not published them.
