Fireflies pricing: Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise

The short answer
Fireflies.ai has four plans. Free costs $0. Pro costs $18 per seat a month billed monthly, or $10 per seat a month billed annually. Business costs $29 per seat a month billed monthly, or $19 billed annually. Enterprise costs $39 per seat a month and is sold on annual billing only. Paid plans are priced per seat, and the pricing page says any teammate added to your Fireflies workspace counts as a seat. Prices were read on fireflies.ai/pricing on October 19, 2026, in US dollars.

What changes from one plan to the next
Free includes 400 minutes of storage for the whole team, limited AI summaries, 20 AI credits, a 2 hour recording limit, 3 public channels and API access at 30 requests a minute and 500 a day. Pro moves storage to 8,000 minutes per seat, makes AI summaries unlimited, keeps 20 AI credits and the 2 hour recording limit, lists video recording and downloads of transcripts, summaries and recordings, and raises the API to 60 requests a minute and 5,000 a day. Business makes storage unlimited, gives 30 AI credits, a 3 hour recording limit, conversation intelligence, team analytics for admins, private channels and a team-pooled API limit of 60 requests a minute per paid seat, up to 1,200 a minute. Enterprise gives 50 AI credits, a 4 hour recording limit, and adds the rules engine, SSO and SCIM, audit logs, HIPAA compliance, private storage, custom data retention and a dedicated account manager.
Monthly or annual billing: what the discount is worth
The pricing page advertises "Save up to 44%" with annual billing. That figure is the Pro plan: $10 instead of $18 is 44.4% by our arithmetic, or $96 per seat over 12 months ($120 against $216). On Business the saving is smaller: $19 instead of $29 is 34.5%, or $120 per seat over 12 months ($228 against $348). Enterprise has no monthly option. Fireflies does not print yearly totals: the totals in this guide are 12 times the monthly price shown on the page.

What a team pays
Because every teammate in the workspace is a seat, the bill grows with the team. With our arithmetic, 5 seats on Pro cost $600 a year billed annually or $1,080 billed monthly; 5 seats on Business cost $1,140 or $1,740. At 10 seats, Pro billed annually is $1,200 a year and Business $2,280. The pricing page FAQ says you can share an individual meeting recap link with participants or other people without adding them to your team, and without charge, so people who only read recaps do not need a seat. For more than 50 members, the FAQ says Fireflies offers volume discounts on request.
The free plan limits
The free plan has no time limit ("Free forever" on the pricing page). Its plan card says "Unlimited transcription*", while the comparison table on the same page lists the free transcript as "Limited"; the page does not explain the asterisk. The other limits are stated plainly: 400 minutes of storage shared by the whole team, limited AI summaries, 20 AI credits, recordings of up to 2 hours and 3 public channels. AI credits are used by features such as AI skills, the personal assistant and voice agents, according to the page. A team that records more than a few hours of meetings a month reaches the 400 minute storage limit first.
Which plan fits
One person who records a few meetings and reads the transcripts can start on Free. Pro is the lowest plan with unlimited AI summaries, 8,000 minutes of storage per seat and downloads; billed annually it is $10 a seat a month. Business is for teams that need unlimited storage, analytics, private channels or meetings longer than 2 hours. Enterprise is for organizations that need SSO, SCIM, HIPAA compliance or custom data retention. Note one inconsistency seen on the pricing page on October 16, 2026: the Pro card lists video recording, while a FAQ answer on the same page attributed video recording to Business. Our deal page lists Pro on annual billing, $10 a seat a month instead of $18.
