The short answer
SimplyBook.me shows no promo code on its pricing page, which we read on October 11, 2026. The last public code we found on its own site is SimplySave, a Black Friday code from 2024: 20% off the first payment when upgrading from a free account, valid from November 11 to December 2, 2024. Its terms page is still online without an expiry label, but those dates have passed.
What SimplyBook.me offers today is a free plan, a 14-day trial without a credit card, a lower price with annual billing and, for nonprofits and charities, discounts on request.
Prices and the annual saving
SimplyBook.me prices plans by bookings and providers. The toggle says "Save 17%" with annual billing, and the FAQ says "saving you up to 17%". That figure is the Standard and Premium saving; on Basic, $11.90 instead of $13.90, the saving is about 14%. That is our arithmetic on SimplyBook.me's prices.

The free plan and the trial
The free plan covers 50 bookings and 1 provider. The paid trial, in SimplyBook.me's words: "Get 14-day free trial", "No credit card needed", and it "includes most features and 50 bookings". The trial excludes "Coupons & Gift Cards, HIPAA, Import Clients and Point of sale (POS)", so test those features another way if you depend on them.
Nonprofits and charities
The pricing FAQ says: "Non-profit and charity organisations are also welcome to contact SimplyBook.me directly to discuss qualifying discounts." No percentage is published, so ask for a written quote before you choose a plan.
Black Friday history
SimplySave in 2024 is the only SimplyBook.me Black Friday offer we could confirm on its own site. We found no promotion post for 2023 or 2025 on news.simplybook.me, and simplybook.me/en/black-friday returns a missing page. Nothing was announced for 2026 as of October 11; the latest post on its news site was dated July 2, 2026.

Refunds
SimplyBook.me's terms, effective September 30, 2026, state that "all purchases are final and non-refundable", with refunds at the company's discretion. They add that after upgrading from the free plan, "You cannot downgrade back". Use the trial before paying for a year.
Referral programs pay the referrer
SimplyBook.me's affiliate program pays "25% from the first payment of a new user and 15% of consequent payments for up to 24 months", and its customer referral program pays a 30% commission on the first payment. Both reward the person who refers you; neither describes a discount for the buyer.
